Returns

 
Our returns policy lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange or store credit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Fabrics (cut from a roll) cannot be returned, we do recommend ordering a sample before purchase. We also do not accept returns on costumes that have been requested to be customised, made-to-order or altered in anyway.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective,damaged or if a different size/amount/colour is required. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact via the form below.

Shipping
To return your product, contact via the form below for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a trackable/signed for shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
